Adam is a graduate of Arcadia University with a degree in Biology and Physical Therapy. Today he and his lovely wife live in California where he runs his own IT Consulting practice.
“The Lord used the Timothy Fellows to turn my envy and harsh criticism of other men in ministry into appreciation and a desire to understand them as brothers in Christ. He also transformed my stiff-necked ambition to become a pastor into a contented pursuit of the calling by teaching me that the Caller does not need the called."
"It's been a pleasure meeting with Adam. His love for others, his desire to serve in ministry and grow in grace are evident in every area of his life." Will Hawk (Mentor)
Carson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is currently working for an IT Security firm in Washington D.C. His is married to his beautiful wife.
“I came to the Timothy Foundation full of religious man-made performance-driven zeal. Then, through countless days “in the trenches” with the men of the foundation, I finally succumbed to grace. I was overwhelmed with the fact that I bring nothing to the table, and Jesus everything. The Lord led me into repentance and the true aim of my life: relationship with Him. If nothing else, the Lord has used the Timothy Fellows to draw me nearer to himself.”
“In the 6 years we have known each other it has been a blessing to see how you’ve grown and matured more into the man God has designed you to be. You have wrestled with hardships, convictions, questions and fears – through them all God has drawn you near. Wonderfully, you have also experienced a deeper level of God’s grace and come to believe it and live it out contagiously. I am grateful for our friendship and looking forward to sharing in the laughter and tears the future has in store for us as God continues to call you into his likeness and beauty” - Theron Huff (Mentor)
Chad is a graduate of the University of Florida. He currently works as a Front Desk agent at the Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, CO.
“During my time in the Timothy Fellows Program I have grown in the grace and knowledge of Christ, developed better business competency and have a deeper understanding of human behavior. Because of my time in the Fellows program, I now have ten close brothers in Christ to walk alongside with me.”
“Chad, I want to congratulate you on your work and participation in the Timothy Foundation. I have enjoyed getting to know you the past two years and appreciate the way you have approached your career, faith, and decisions as to how to lead your life. It is never easy but when you allow yourself to be embraced by Christ you know that you are going in the right direction and that the challenges you face will not be alone. I wish you continued success in your spiritual walk and hope that you will embrace the beauty that is outside your door in Colorado.” Bill Simon (Mentor)
Ducky is a graduate of Eastern University and is a co-owner of a Real Estate firm in the Philadelphia area.
“The Timothy Foundation has been the single most impactful event(s) in my Christian formation thus far in my life. Not only has the mentorship, depth of spiritual teaching, and practical business training been life-changing; the camaraderie and friendship amongst the Fellows is something I am confident will be life-long. Ultimately, the reassurance of God's grace for me, that Jesus truly is enough, has and is impacting my business, marriage, and relationships at large.”
"I’ll say it again, I am the beneficiary of this mentoring thing. Who knew at the beginning we would develop a friendship, enjoy company, pray together, learn together and share COVID. Oh, sorry. Are you sure you didn’t give it to me drinking coffee outdoors at WAWA mid-winter? What a journey you have had and I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared a part of it with you. I will miss the intentional aspects of getting together but look forward to having you in my life. You are blessed beyond measure … lean into that … I know you will.” – Rob Bickhart, (Mentor)
Jake is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He currently serves in the US Air Force in Security.
“The Timothy Foundation challenged me in my leadership and my faith. I grew exponentially due to the relationships and opportunities I was blessed with in the foundation. Most of all, I walked away with a greater understanding of God’s grace and His Faithfulness. Trusting God allows us to operate from a standpoint of faith rather than fear.”
It's been awesome and a privilege to get to know you over the past 2 years. I value our friendship and can't thank you enough for the faith that you have displayed with your journey in the Air Force. I know how extremely competitive it is to earn a pilot slot in the Air Force through ROTC. The disappointment after losing that hard earned opportunity, through no fault of your own, would be difficult at best for anybody to accept. I am very impressed with your spiritual maturity, resilience and faith accepting that the Lord has other plans for you. I know I would have taken it very hard, but you have handled it with grace and whole heartedly embraced what the Lord has in store for you. I know the Lord will use you in ways that you can't even imagine in the future. Congrats on graduating from the Timothy Foundation.

“The Timothy Foundation has given me a foundation to stand on in my faith, career, and relationships. Specifically, it has helped me discover a new level of depth into the grace of God and how that impacts my day to day life. I treasure the relationships I have formed within this organization. I look forward to continuing them in the years to come.”
“It is an honor to be a part of your life. You are a born leader and I am so impressed with the direction that you lead. You are fun, driven, and a man after God’s own heart. I am particularly knocked out by how coachable you are. There are literally no limits to the impact you will have as a leader in this world.” – Andy Parham (Mentor)
Jon is completing his Master of Divinity at Metro Baltimore Seminary. His is currently the C.O.O of Rockies, Handcrafted Ice Cream Sandwiches in Lynchburg, VA.
"The Timothy Foundation has been one of the most redemptive things I’ve ever been a part of. It helped me understand who God created me to be and to own it. I’ve made lifelong friends, mentors, but easily the biggest takeaway is the grace of God and how it transforms lives."
“Thank you for sharing your life with me over these last three years. You challenge me with your questions and inspire me with your big dreams. I am honored to be part of God’s work in shaping you to be the man he intends you to be, and look forward to what he has next for you. Love you bro!” Rev. Dan Passerelli (Mentor)
Keaton is a graduate of the University of Missouri. He currently works in St Louis as an IT specialist.
“I applied to be a Fellow in order to grow and more applicably use biblical principles in all facets of my life. The Timothy Foundation has provided tangible benefit to my life and the cost was being willing to be challenged (and challenge back) by my mentors, fellows, and keynote speakers. This program has challenged me in a variety of contexts of my career, relationships and faith. I have grown in grappling with the tense Scriptural and Secular questions of our present day, past and future. I intend to take this with me to my church and communities around me.”
“It has been a great pleasure to meet with you over these last two years and hear and observe what God is doing in your life, both through the Fellowship Program and the living out of your life. I’ve enjoyed listening to you process through issues and wrestle with decisions as we’ve lived through some of the most interesting and challenging times that I can remember. I appreciate your curiosity and willingness to think and rethink through topics and current issues. A great quality I have observed is the interest you always took in me and the questions you asked. As a leader you need always to be learning.
It is clear that God is at work in you and has plans to use you as you take the natural gifts he has given you and continue to cultivate them through leadership development opportunity like the Fellowship Program you are now completing. Remember, we are never finished growing and developing in our gifts, leadership included. Avail yourself to opportunities that God will no doubt provide in the future, and He will be faithful to put you where he wants you to be a leader for Him. I will continue to pray for you that “He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion”. The Lord bless you. John Keane (Mentor)
Parker is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He is the Assistant Pastor at New Heart Church in Grand Rapids
"Over the course of the last two years, I've learned how to leverage the specific ways God has made and gifted me as a leader for maximum impact in the world. Without the Timothy Foundation, it would have been easy to pretend to be someone who I am not, rather than using my God given personality as the kind of leader God has made me to be.”
“Parker, what a delight to share a part of life with you over the last two years. I’m grateful for your willingness to be open and vulnerable with so many different areas of your life. Your faith is marked by steadfastness and by humility. Your ability to proclaim the Word just keeps getting better with each opportunity I’ve had to taste what you’re doing on that front. I will be praying that wisdom, patience and joy mark you and Julia as you see your big day approach! Much love and blessings to you for the road ahead.” Matt Kane (Mentor)
Rob is a graduate of the University of Maryland and will complete his M.Div. at Metro Baltimore Seminary this December. He
currently serves as Director of Youth and Families at Columbia Presbyterian Church in Maryland. He is married to his beautiful wife of 7 years, Kate, and they have two sons together.
“The Timothy Foundation has helped me realize that because I am in Christ, I have nothing to lose and nothing to prove. I am free to lead wholeheartedly for the glory of God and the benefit of others, and that's
the best kind of leadership there is. When we are secure in Christ's love, we stop worrying about what others will think about us, and start to lead out of our acceptance in Christ and not for the acceptance of others. I am free to own my weaknessesand lead beyond the limitations of my strengths."
“Rob, it has been a joy to see you grow in your understanding of what it means to live and minister out of the grace of the Gospel. I’m looking forward to seeing God use you in ways that you’ve never dreamed possible or imaginable!” Jim McKee (Mentor)
Stephen is a graduate from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a double major in Economics and French. He works at Chubb as a reinsurance services associate.
“My time in The Timothy Foundation has had a massive impact on my life. Throughout this fellowship, I have seen incredible growth in my own leadership abilities, confidence, and knowledge of scripture. I have had the privilege to grow alongside some incredible men and see how the Timothy Foundation has grown them as well. The importance of having strong Christian fellowship and a continued desire to learn more about the scriptures has produced good fruit and will not be lost on me going forward. I can't wait to see how this fellowship impacts future classes, and the future of the church.”
“It has been a pleasure and privilege these past two years to see the Lord growing you and working in your life. He has gifted you in many ways and continues to further equip you while drawing you closer to himself. From critical life saving surgery to the mountain peak in Ecuador He clearly has plans for you, not for evil but to give you a future and a hope (Jer: 29:11). You are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works that He has prepared for you (Eph 2:10). I have appreciated our times together as we have seen the Lord close some doors and then open others. We have also revisited the importance of trusting in Him and, at times, exercised patience.
No question in my mind that He indeed has big plans for you. I am thankful for the opportunity to journey with you for a season.” – Chris Gleeson (Mentor)
