Our Team

Herm is a graduate of Lehigh University, and holds an MDiV from Covenant Seminary. Herm is the owner and President of Found It Better. He serves as a Class Coach for The Timothy Foundation.

Theron is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a Masters of Counseling degree from Misio Seminary. He is a Counselor and Executive Coach - Theron Huff Counseling. He serves as a Class Coach for The Timothy Foundation

Joe is retired from Boeng after a long career of leadership. He has served as an elder and in many ministry leadership positions. He holds a Masters of Theology from Covenant Seminary. He and his wonderful wife have four children and live in St Louis. He serves as a Class Coach for The Timothy Foundation.

Bob is a graduate of Roanoke College and holds an MDiv from Covenant Seminry. He is the owner and President of Bob Perkins Consulting and Art In A Glass. He serves as Executive Director and is a Class Coach for The Timothy Foundation.

Mike holds an MDiv from Covenant Seminary and served as a pastor for 24 years.  He now works for the St. Charles County Ambulance District as their chaplain and is a Bible teacher at Westminster Christian Academy in St. Louis.  He is excited to serve the Timothy Foundation as a class coach.
