Herm is a graduate of Lehigh University, and holds an MDiV from Covenant Seminary. Herm is the owner and President of Found It Better. He serves as a Class Coach for the Timothy Foundation.

Theron is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a Masters of Counseling degree from Misio Seminary. He serves as a Class Coach for the Timothy Foundation

Bob is a graduate of Roanoke College and holds an MDiv from Covenant Seminry. He is the owner and President of Bob Perkins Consulting and Art In A Glass. He serves as Executive Director and is a Class Coach for The Timothy Foundation.
